    Use Dropbox? When we receive your completed form, we can send you a Dropbox file request email. Click the button in the email to upload your photos and videos to us from your phone, tablet or desktop (max file size 2gb). That’s it, done!

    If your enquiry were to proceed to an order, we will require specific photos. Please refer to Taking Photos for guidance. However, we can give you our initial thoughts with photos you have easily to hand. So please send what you have!

    Please refer to Taking a Template for guidance. We can initially work from scanned/uploaded templates, sent to us as above. When your enquiry proceeds to an order, we will require the original templates or copies, sent by post.

    In most cases we only require a template of your horse's back if you proceed with an order.
